Head of Growth

The Head of Growth is responsible for generating demand, driving sales, architecting and managing all aspects of the B2C acquisition funnel across digital and traditional retail channels.

Why now? Privacy has been around for two decades. Our obsessively quantitative research philosophy uncovered new demand for consumer privacy in 2017, six months before the Cambridge Analytica scandal. This led to a seven-figure launch. Now we’re looking to scale that success. As Head of Growth, you will be accountable for demand generation and top line revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop marketing strategy and tactics based on a deep understanding of customer segmentation and preferences 
  • Lead and grow a marketing team consisting of both FTEs and outside consultants and agencies
  • Spearhead Winston’s retail and direct sales strategies
  • Measure and manage marketing budget to achieve KPI targets (monthly sales, CAC, etc)

You and your team will:

  • Schedule and plan all marketing activities
  • Generate content - including website copy, ad copy and articles
  • Manage Winston’s public website
  • Manage all aspects of:
    • Email marketing
    • Social media marketing
    • Influencer, affiliate and referral marketing
    • SEO
    • Conversion optimization
  • Manage the Winston Ambassador program
  • Collaborate with outside marketing partners as needed, including PR, designers and agencies
